My Real Estate Background: 20-years of Real Estate Industry Experience
I began my real estate career back in 2003 working as a real estate appraiser, and received state certification in 2006. My entire post-adolescent life has focused on the Washington real estate market place in one form or another. I have been the sole proprietor of my business growth and success throughout my career.
I first obtained my broker license in 2010 while still working within valuation. I’ve worked and trained as an independent contractor with several brokerages in the Tacoma area during the time.
In 2014 I began moon-lighting within professional photography where upon I’ve networked with some of the Puget Sounds most inspiring interior designers and builders - I am a published photographer within that industry (some of my works are seen on this website).
The Fall of 2022 marks a return to real estate brokering. I’m excited to set my footprint within my local market. I bring with it decades of experience and knowledge. I have vast experience working throughout the Puget Sound.
My Brand
From the start, I have built a business model on the foundation of honesty, integrity, and responsive customer service. As a licensed appraiser and owner of my own appraisal practice (Integrity Appraisal, Inc) I have conducted several thousand valuation assignments over two decades. This includes review of thousands of purchase contracts. I have a well rounded knowledge of negotiation practices.
My life-long experience studying market conditions and analyzing a vast array of homes - albeit within valuation, as a broker, or as a photographer - translates into a second-nature expert understanding of housing and the real estate market. I’m very proud of my professional history and see it as a great benefit to my clients and the foundation of future growth as a broker.
